Q: How can I join Eluxx as a service provider?

A:

Joining Eluxx is easy! To become a provider on Eluxx, you will need to create an account and submit an application. The application process includes providing information about you, your business, and the services you offer. Once your application is approved, you will be able to start listing your services on Eluxx.

A:

Eluxx providers can offer a variety of services, including haircuts and styling, hair treatments, nails, makeup/cosmetics, lashes & brows, waxing, skin treatments, MedSpa treatments, and massage therapy.

Any provider can make requests to add additional services by sending an email to provider@eluxx.com with the subject “New Services Request”.

A:

Once you have registered as a provider and created your profile, you will be able to receive bookings from clients. When a client books your service, you will receive a notification and you can accept or decline the booking request.

You have a 2-hour window to accept or decline the booking request before it times out. If you accept the booking, you will be able to view the client’s contact information and manage the appointment in the Eluxx app.

A:

Payments are securely processed through the app, and providers receive their earnings via direct deposit to the bank account provided when you signed up to be a provider. Providers are paid on a weekly basis, with payments processed on Monday for services completed the previous week.

Yes, as a provider on the Eluxx platform, you have the flexibility to set your own rates and availability preferences. This allows you to tailor your offerings to your clientele and expertise, and ensure that you are getting paid what you deserve for your services.

Yes, you can communicate with clients or respond to appointment requests through the app. You will receive real-time notifications for appointment requests and can easily connect calendars, allowing you to seamlessly manage your schedule and maximize your availability.

If a client cancels, you will be notified through the Eluxx platform and you will not be charged for the appointment. If you need to cancel an upcoming appointment, you can manage the appointment via the Eluxx app.

Eluxx is planning for new ways to make rescheduling appointments more seamless for both the Customer and Provider. Eluxx will communicate when new updates are on the way!

Eluxx providers must be licensed professionals in their respective fields. This includes cosmetologists, estheticians, nail technicians, massage therapists, and medspa providers. Submission of all relevant licenses, certifications, and insurance documents is required during the application process.

Providers may be required to carry general liability insurance and any profession-specific insurance relevant to the services offered, with valid documentation required during the application process. Eluxx will determine if insurance will be required based on services offered, location for services, and other criteria on a case by case basis, at Eluxx’s discretion.
